Whileの文では自分の動作を２つ表します。
Duringの文には、自分の動作は一つ、他の人の動作が一つ入ります。
構造
注：Action 1は action 2より長い。
構造#１
WHILE (action 1), I did (action 2)
構造#２
I did (action 2) WHILE I did (action 1)

Action 2 DURING action 1
Action1の主語にIを使い、action２の主語にIを使わない場合は、duringを使います。
“誰か/何か＋action 2″ には、WHILE “I” was (action 1)が続きます。
例：
- While I was drinking, I received a phone call
- I received a phone call while I was drinking
- I received a phone call during the party
- I received a phone call while at the restaurant
- I received a phone call during the restaurant party
- While I was sleepwalking I hit my head
- I hit my head while I was sleepwalking
