English Essentials does not promote or advocate SPAM in any way.

All emails sent by English Essentials are done so on a permission bases, including people opting in to the various email promotions, newsletters, tips etc provided by English Essentials with the purpose of developing relationships with the English Essentials web site visitors and to help educate them in a way to further improve their English skills and level.

What is opt in/permission based email?
Opt in or permission based email is email sent to a recipient who requested the email or related emails by:
a. Contacting English Essentials via email with questions, comments or feedback.

b.
Filling in their details including email address using a web form on the English Essentials web site, with the purpose of receiving information associated with English learning.

Every email sent to each recipient will contain an "opt out" option allowing the recipient to unsubscribe from such mailings at anytime, and requests will be immediately acted upon.

What is SPAM?
SPAM or unsolicited email is email sent to recipients who did not request or expect the email(s).  Usually SPAM is of an offensive nature or contains information/images that was not requested or wanted by the recipient.  SPAM can also be emails sent where the "from" email address is bogus or not a real email address.  English Essentials will do everything in it's power to prevent SPAM used using the "English Essentials" name, including Affiliates, partners, competitors, customers etc.

What do do if you receive SPAM that seems to be related to English Essentials?
If you do receive SPAM email(s) from a person or company posing as English Essentials or a representative of English Essentials, please forward the email to so we can do our best to clean up the mess and put further legal action in place if need be.
