Whenever a member cancels their membership, the membership and
payments are cancelled from that day, even if there are still days
left of your payment period.

products and services, including customer service to give 100%
customer satisfaction. We stand behind this statement, and
if we did not match up to our promise, you as the customer (if
you are a paying customer/member) are welcome to email us to let
us know that you are not 100% satisfied, explain why, and we
will provide you with a 100% refund.
