3. When do I receive the membership after I join?
   You will receive an email within just a few minutes after registering.  This email will contain everything you need to start enjoying your membership straight away.
    
4. Can I try the membership for free before paying?
   The Speak Like A Native Membership offers a 30 day free trial period for you to enjoy and help you decide if you want to continue your membership.  The Rapid Learning, Instant Results Membership does not offer a free trial period at the moment... however it does offer a 100% money back guarantee, valid for the whole time you are a member.  So you still have no risk.  This is due to the type of membership it is.
    
5. How and when can I cancel my membership?
   It's your membership, so you can cancel any time by sending one email (you will get this "cancel" email address in your "welcome email").
    
6. I have been learning English for a long time but still can't speak well, will this program help?

10. Can you send me the materials to my home?
    No. Our materials are all internet based.  The reason why they are on the web site is because learning English is an on going learning experience.  So we are always updating the memberships with new lessons.  Otherwise we would need to mail you new materials every day, which is not possible.
     
11. How can I learn English?
