1. When do I receive the membership after I join?
   You will receive an email within just a few minutes after registering.  This email will contain your password so you can begin enjoying your membership straight away.

3. How and when can I cancel my membership?
   It's your membership, so you can cancel any time by sending one email (you will get this "cancel" email address in your "welcome email".
    
4. I have been learning English for a long time but still can't speak well, will this program help?
   Yes it will.  Most people have learned English from text books, which focus on grammar.  We have found that this is giving people a lot of problems when it's time to speak English.  This program will teach you how to speak, listen and communicate like a native English speaker.  We do not focus on grammar, so it is a very different and new way to learn and speak English.
    
5. Is it safe to pay online?

8. Can you send me the materials to my home?
   No. Our materials are all on our web site.  The reason why they are on the web site is because learning English is an on going learning experience.  So we are always updating the membership with new audio recordings, lessons and tests.  Otherwise we would need to mail you new materials every day, which is not possible.
    
9. How can I learn English?
   There are many ways to learn English.  We only promote methods of learning which we believe are the best and if we were learning English we would also use them.  We offer many free tips and lessons in a free membership area which you can sign up for by clicking here (use the sign up form).
